Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bliss Cleaning™ website at bitabliss.com or by using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Bit A Bliss LLC, doing business as Bliss Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Bliss Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the North Dallas area, including Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, Little Elm, Richardson, and The Colony. Our services include deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, Airbnb/rental cleaning, and commercial cleaning.

All estimates provided through our website or by our staff are non-binding and subject to change based on actual conditions at the time of service.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and specific requirements of your property at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from the original estimate. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
  • No-Show / Lock-Out: If our team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access, a trip charge may apply.

5. Access to Property

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Providing working keys, access codes, or gate codes as needed
  • Securing pets in a safe area during the cleaning appointment
  • Removing or securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings
  • Providing alarm codes and instructions for disarming/rearming security systems

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Bliss Cleaning:

  • Opt-In: By providing your phone number and selecting text message as a preferred contact method, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Bliss Cleaning.
  • Message Types: Messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications.
  • Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (214) 390-3907.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to text messaging.

7. Satisfaction and Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge. Re-cleans are limited to the specific areas of concern and must be scheduled within 72 hours of the original service.

8. Liability and Limitations

  • Insurance: Bliss Cleaning maintains general liability insurance coverage.
  • Damage Limits: In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
  • Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service for a claim to be considered.
  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items that are inherently fragile or improperly secured.
  • No Consequential Damages: Bliss Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim.

9. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting estimates or scheduling services
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning team
  • Disclose the presence of any hazardous materials or substances in the property
  • Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or special instructions prior to the cleaning appointment

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bliss Cleaning website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bit A Bliss LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

11. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any forms on our website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or databases
  • Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website without permission
