Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and deliver exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services across North Texas. You will follow detailed cleaning checklists, use eco-friendly products, and ensure every home meets Bliss Cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning per checklists
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain high quality standards on every job
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Report supply needs and equipment issues

- Reliable transportation to job sites

Team Lead
Lead a team of cleaning technicians as a Team Lead at Bliss Cleaning. You will oversee daily operations, conduct quality inspections, train new team members, and ensure client satisfaction across all assigned jobs.

No! We welcome applicants with no prior cleaning experience. All new team members go through our comprehensive paid training program where you learn our cleaning methods, eco-friendly products, and quality standards. We look for reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
What hours are available?
We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM), part-time (choose your days), and weekend-only shifts. Most cleaning jobs are scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. We work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.
What areas do you serve?
Bliss Cleaning serves 8 cities across North Texas: Plano, Frisco, Allen, Little Elm, McKinney, Prosper, Richardson, and The Colony. Team members are assigned to routes near their home to minimize travel time.
Do I need my own transportation?
Yes, reliable transportation to job sites is required. We optimize routes so your daily travel is minimized, and you are compensated for travel between job sites during the workday.
What does the training program include?
Our paid training program covers proper cleaning techniques, eco-friendly product usage, safety protocols, client communication, and our quality checklist system. Training typically lasts 1-2 weeks and pairs you with an experienced team member.
Are there opportunities for advancement?
Absolutely! We promote from within whenever possible. The typical growth path goes from Cleaning Technician to Senior Technician to Team Lead. We also offer additional training for those interested in management roles as we continue to grow.
