Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and deliver exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services across North Texas. You will follow detailed cleaning checklists, use eco-friendly products, and ensure every home meets Bliss Cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning per checklists
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain high quality standards on every job
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Report supply needs and equipment issues
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- No prior cleaning experience required — we provide training
Team Lead
Lead a team of cleaning technicians as a Team Lead at Bliss Cleaning. You will oversee daily operations, conduct quality inspections, train new team members, and ensure client satisfaction across all assigned jobs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cleaning teams on job sites
- Conduct quality inspections after each job
- Train and mentor new cleaning technicians
- Manage scheduling and route optimization
- Handle client communications and feedback
- Report team performance to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
