Our Services
We provide residential cleaning services in North Texas.
Quotes & Pricing
Every quote is an estimate, not a fixed or guaranteed price. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time based on property location, size, condition, access, requested services, the work required, and other service-related details.
Scheduling & Access
You are responsible for providing safe access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property or cannot work safely, additional fees may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give us reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee, which we will communicate to you in advance.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or as communicated by our team.
SMS Terms
The Bliss Cleaning SMS program provides transactional and service-related messages about quotes, scheduling, appointments, reminders, and service updates. If you opt in via the checkbox on our quote form, the following terms apply:
- Automated Messages: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Bliss Cleaning at the mobile number you provide.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per service.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Help: Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. You may also call (214) 390-3907 or email info@bitabliss.com.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Consent Not Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Bliss Cleaning.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to text messaging.

Limitation of Liability
