“After the last experience with Bit A Bliss, the owner contacted me and was apologetic about the quality of service I had received. She scheduled to clean my place again for free. The second time around was much better! The place was really scrubbed clean. Everything was dusted, swept, mopped, polished, vacuumed etc. The people who came to clean were very professional. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the bed was made sloppily. The comforter was put on crooked and the blankets underneath were not smoothed out. Overall it was a very nice experience. I really appreciated the effort that was put into correcting what went wrong the first time. I would use Bit A Bliss again.”

“Cannot recommend highly enough. My house is SPARKLING clean after our scheduled "deep clean" service!!! We sold our previous home very quickly and decided to rent for a year to give us some time, and I haven't been able to devote the time this space has needed to get it really, really clean. Plus, we have a hairy lab on top of the muck that comes with a century-old home. I am absolutely blown away. I have now signed up regular services (extremely reasonable cost). Amazing!!!”

“It is a hard decision having someone come into your home to clean -- some of us (we know who we are) like to "do it ourselves" -- but I will tell ya, the people at Bit a Bliss will clean your home the same way you would - with care, attention to detail and very through. Our house was a disaster - many places haven't been touched for quite some time. It was so enjoyable coming home from work to a beautifully cleaned house. My husband said the cleaning people were so kind -- even going over details about how/where to clean, learning our likes and dislikes - and even reviewing the cleaning supplies we use!! Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need, when we couldn't manage to get to clean it ourselves -- but now we want you to return and clean on a regular basis. :)”

“This company is great. I can't say enough good things about them. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous to my children and dogs. They did a very thorough deep cleaning and utilized 3 people to do the job in an efficient manner. The office manager at the branch is a delight to speak to. They delivered everything that was promised to me. The chemicals were green and they asked me if it was cool to use other non green chemicals to which I said yes. If you want a cleaning company that will do a great job every single time with workers that care about their work, then you really need to hire them to take care of your cleaning.”
