“I've used Bit A Bliss for several years now and they are always on time and do a good job! The crews follow the Covid rules, which is a concern for everyone right now. I like how they show up in masks and ask if you have any Covid-related concerns. The crews are super friendly and are respectful of our work-at-home situation too. If there's ever an issue, it's immediately handled by the staff who are extremely responsive. The management team will do occasional "spot checks" as well. Besides being a client myself, I recommend Bit A Bliss to my clients. I know they will be in great hands!”

“Bit A Bliss has cleaned my home two times, and so far, I'm very happy with them. I had initially set them up to come out every week, but the ladies who showed up for the first cleaning recommended a two week schedule. I appreciated that very much. This shows that Bit A Bliss is more interested with giving us what we need rather than charging us for services that we don't need. I spoke with three other cleaning companies before booking Bit A Bliss. All of them quoted outrageous prices for what they called "deep cleans" before they could start doing regular cleaning. This is a total scam. One of these companies told me it was to bring my home up to their standards. Well, what about mine? Bit A Bliss did not do this. They quoted a very reasonable rate for the first cleaning, and they didn't try to make it sound like something more than what it was, just a first cleaning to get my home ready for regular cleaning. I'm very happy, and I hope to keep them coming back for many years.”

They do a fantastic job, make your beds, dust your blinds, keep your home clean when you return from a tiring day of work! Recently with covid, they still are on time, follow all protocols and work around your situation at home/office. “I have tried several housecleaning companies, and Bit A Bliss is by far the most reliable, comprehensive and affordable option. I have no complaints with the quality of cleaning, and Jennifer is organized, responsive and professional in coordinating services. Not only do they do a great job cleaning, but they are amazing with my pets - we have a (friendly, but large) mastiff, and one time she would not come to the door to come back in at the end of the cleaning. Jennifer was so concerned that when I didn't answer her call while at work, she was ready to drive to my house herself to check on the dog! The company goes above and beyond.”

“I LOVE Bit a Bliss. I first started using them because I heard they were good with pets. I have three dogs, and I wanted to be sure that whomever was in my home would not be annoyed by or scared of them. I think the ladies who come to my home love my dogs almost as much as I do! They are wonderful with them! I don't know how they do it, but I know I can never get my home as clean as it is when the ladies leave. I just cannot say enough positive things about this service.
