“We recently purchased a home and needed a move-in clean to prepare our house as well as a move-out clean for the home we were renting. Rebecca & Stella did our move-in clean. They both arrived early and prepared for the job. They were friendly and courteous and went did a walk through before cleaning. They did a thorough job in cleaning the house from top to bottom including inside drawers and cupboards. They reviewed areas that had flaws they found while cleaning and even provided tips on cleaning our new floors! I was fortunate to have Rebecca and Stella on the move-out clean with the added bonus of Kaitlin! They left the house in amazing condition (even better than when we moved in!). Again they reviewed the house after cleaning and left a checklist for the new tenants. Scheduling was easy and Scarlette reviewed costs associated with both cleanings while I was booking. She was easy to talk to and let me know about Bit A Bliss as a company. They do not contract out work and all employees vetted before coming on board. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with Bit A Bliss and will be using them for future needs! Highly recommended!”

“I used Bit A Bliss for both a move in to my new home and a move out service from my old home. They did an outstanding job! They even pointed out little things that I didn't even notice (gum that they tried to remove from the carpet in one room). Beyond thorough! It's such a great feeling not having to worry about "cleaning" everything when you're moving. And a HUGE shout out to Jennifer. She not only followed up with texts and phone calls, but was so pleasant to work with. I had to change a couple of dates and she was so helpful and flexible. I will use Bit A Bliss again, and recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services!”

“I hired Bit a Bliss to do a move out clean, and I was frankly embarrassed by the state of my house after all the furniture was gone--my cats shed profusely, and it had been years since I'd had a professional cleaning. It showed! The team didn't seem overwhelmed at all and made me feel better, which I so valued during the stress of the move. There was a team of two, and the first arrived while I was still madly packing. She graciously asked where she could start to stay out of my way and got right to work. I felt good leaving my house in her care. I went back to the house a few days later to get things out of the garage, and I was stunned by the cleanliness of the house. I honestly don't think it was that clean when we moved in! These ladies did an extraordinary job, and when we move back, I will certainly hire them again.”

Following our home clean, a manager came by to check in (customer service at it's best). The office also always calls to ensure your service was up to par. “My fiance and I used Bit A Bliss when we were moving out of our old apartment. We had to move within a few days' notice and we were nervous about the condition we left our old place in. Jennifer was extremely helpful getting my appointment set up. I stopped by after they cleaned and the place looked amazing. The oven, refrigerator, and microwave all looked brand new. They even managed to get some spots out of the counter that I could never manage. Overall the price was reasonable and we were extremely happy with the results.”
